This weekend was a long weekend for us. We had Monday off as it is a national holiday. So on Friday Josh and I came up to downtown and met Sam and did an escape room. The room w as supposed to take 90 minutes. It took us about 60. It was a lot of fun!! After that I went to Phil and Linas house where I met their cute dogs (groot and ohana) and had a nice place to sleep. I really appreciate them letting me stay there!
Saturday morning I got up and Phil made breakfast!! He can cook!! He made blueberry pancakes, French style eggs, fresh hashbrown parties, Taiwan sausages, and cold brew coffee! It was delicious!! Then I relaxed around their house watching movies! Spent the afternoon wandering around south shaanxi area and then met up with Josh and Sam. We went and had a blind massage, which as always, was awesome! Then we went to Carl, Pierson, Billy, and Neals place for hotpot and games! Myto and Alie had gotten the food and it was delicious!! After games went back to Phil and Linas house to sleep! Overall a great Saturday!
Sunday got up and Phil has made eggs Benedict! It was also very good! Went to church and I had a reaction to something luckily someone had benedral and I took that I started feeling much better. After church went to Coco curry which is delicious place for lunch!! The munns left and I went back to exploring. Went to the foreign book stores and spent some money on getting some books to help further my Chinese. I found a hotel for Sunday night as I didn’t want to overstay my welcome at Phil’s. Went back to the hotel and relaxed. Met up with Josh and Sam and did another escape room. This one was also 90 minutes and was way easier than the last one. We got finished in 45 minutes. We could have done it faster if it hadn’t been for the long video speeches. After that we went to a restaurant called 1886 and had dinner it was nice. We then went and walked along the bund on the old side. It has a great view!! Then we took the bund sightseeing tunnel, it was trippy! A really great Sunday!!
Monday, well nothing exciting has happend I’m just being lazy! Going to go find some lunch and then see where I end up.
