On Friday Josh and I rode the train down to go meet up with Sam. The plan was to go to the fabric market to get some things we ordered. By the time we got there they were closed. 😫 Instead we went and had some really great Mexican at Pistolleras! Following that went to Sam’s apartment and played games. Found a hotel and went to check in.
Got there and it was an interesting room. You walked in and there were stairs, and you went up them and there was the bed on the floor and tv. The space was not very tall up there about 4 feet. It was interesting getting up there but was comfy. The bathroom was below the bed on the first floor. Confused? It’s ok, see the pictures. 😜
Then on Saturday, September 8 I went with some friends to the Zotters Chocolate factory downtown. It is a chocolate company from Sweden (I think I already forgot. 🤯 .) It was a very very neat experience. During the tour we got chances to try about 150 different types of chocolate, plus make out own chocolate bar. Honestly, by this point I didn’t want to even think about trying any more chocolate 🤢 . I did take pictures though, so see below!
After that I went to a friend’s birthday party and had some really great Chinese food! It had a excellent view of the Oriental pearl! It was really nice and spicy!! Then we went around and walked along the bund. I know I have lived here now a year but I still can’t believe I live here!!
Sunday went to church and had some great time just getting to chat with people. Overall an excellent weekend!
